Terrible customer service. New website doesn't work. Customer service never answers the phone, they just put you on hold forever. Tried to use the "call back" option, and they never called back. Wish I could give them zero stars. Or minus stars.
Spire advertising is NOT Spire gas. People leaving 1 star reviews obviously couldnt read that this isnt the gas company.
worst experience ever. they do work on my gas at my house and was not told about or warned about it. Gas was shut off and everything in the house is ran off of gas... They were suppose to contact us back about getting it fixed. guess what.... no one contacted us.... Then call today and I am hold for over 60 minutes and still holding as I type this message. Good job team spire/mobile gas.
