1. Waiter avoided our table as much as. possible, I actually watched him walk out of his way to avoid us.
4. We were accused of swapping tables several times by our waiter, the owner sat us in the seats we stayed in.
We waited 2 hours or so for our order and our waiter wasn't friendly. Actually stood and watched as i paid the $16 bill as if we would run out. Btw that was the only Customer service we received.
3. Order was wrong.
awesome sushi great service and very intimate atmosphere
Attending the Mobile, Al 1065 Downtown music festival. Festival is awesome and restaurant is in one of BEST locations possible and adjacent to the stage, however, the service was unacceptable.
Great sushi, customer service, and creative drinks. Salmon wraps are off the chain. Instrumental music and dark atmosphere gives a nice vibe. Open late 2 a.m. makes for a rare (in Mobile Alabama) and great late night dining option.
I actually would not recommend this place to anyone but maybe it's better during a slow day and with a different waiter.
Good atmosphere, great food, and excellent service.
2. Food was cold and gross when it got to the table.
I went around 1130pm-12am. I gave it 1 stars because the food was actually 5 stars and my waitress did a great job. But any restaurant where an employee feels comfortable enough to say the N word wether she thinks patrons can hear or not is not a place I will frequent. I will not return which is a shame because the food was great.
