Do not come to this facility they will not honor your agreement they will tell you one month that you have honored your contract automatically renew your contract with out your signature. They have something with the bank that you use that will send them your new card information even if you cancel the card. The first massge will be the best one you get as the rest they will not honor the time and always short you. The manager is terrible and unprofessional .

A very relaxing environment but on our way there we were running late. They told us we couldn't move out appointment time and that there is a 50% cancellation fee and if we're late it cuts into our massage time. We were pretty frustrated trying to get there and stressed when we finally did because we felt like they absolutely wouldn't work with us. I do recommend this place but then again I don't know what else is out there. It truly is so relaxing but I think they could do things a little different.

Today my husband and i went in for a day of relaxation and we recieved an hour of annoyance. Being a happy spirit, i am not the one to complain but only to address and bring awareness to important issues and situations as such. Today was very disappointing. The therapist seem to be afraid to do their job which is to massage. At the end when asked how was it, we both explained that it was not even ok. My back was now hurting. In which it wasnt before and im clearly not relaxed. My husband had the same complaint. They expressed that an hour is not enough time to do their job and recommend ninety mins. In which i thought an whole hour was well enough time especially for the price they charge. And to add insult the lady that checked us out nasty cassie. Was so uninviting. We stood their and she said nothing. Im like excuse me is everything ok. She says im just waiting on you, with a frown on her face. I look at my husband and ask, did i say something wrong honey, he said no baby. I dont know whats wrong with her. The service, customer service today was horrible and clearly unacceptable to any client. I do not recommend this facility and i give it no stars. I would suggest in changing managers for this store and replace therapist that are not afraid to do their job. This review is absolutely necessary and i hope you take in consideration.
