I love Olde Mobile Antiques Gallery & monthly sales. If you are looking for extremely unique items and one of a kind pieces that you normally don't see in the South this is the place to go! I travel often for work for very long periods of time, so if you buy something try not to hold it in there. We had a bit of a miscommunication with one of my purchases, but overall I have always loved the shopping experience. You will love the friendly staff and extremely helpful "work horses" for those large pieces you may not be able to carry to your car, they are real gentlemen. Also, if you can preview all of the monthly sales about (5) days in advance of the first of the month. Check out their Facebook page, you don't want to miss your chance to get in the door if you see something you desperately want. I promise the prices they label everything are hugely discounted, and people come on Friday's in droves to buy up all the "good stuff." You will have a huge amount of remorse if you see something and do not pounce on it immediately. I wouldn't concern yourself with leaving comments under the particular item on Facebook regarding a particular item, as they are so overwhelmed with getting everything ready for the sale they don't really have time to manage the overwhelming response of questions, but I'm sure if you private messaged them they might be able to help you..... I've found it is easier to just go to the sale and immediately go to Ms. Karen (I think that's her name) show her a picture of the item and most of the time she knows exactly what table it will be on for you. Each year they do a blow out estate sale, do not miss this sale...it has some of my most treasured pieces from across this great nation. I promise you will find something each and every visit to the Gallery, but the monthly estate sales is where the treasures are found. You will love the prices, the owners, the staff and the patrons! Pretty fun monthly occasion to find fairly inexpensive wide variety of items
This was a great stop. Everything was discounted, and we were a bit saddened to hear it is closing at the end of the month. Rosie was amazing help, and told us all about the first weekend of each month estate sales that happen by this company in the back of the building. Thanks for a pleasant visit.
My FAVORITE people and my FAVORITE place to shop for treasures. I look forward to the monthly estate sales and love browsing in the gallery. I spend hours. I find the owners to be beyond expert plus are engaging as well as extremely helpful. All of their employees are there for one reason and that is to assist with making an informed decision on my next treasure. Absolutely can't wait for their move to the heart of downtown. What an economic impact for the City of Mobile. Hooray for local businesses!!!

We managed to make another trip to visit the building next door which is also part of this company. (Same building divided into 3 different shopping styles.) Great variety of items. Friendly assistance, but definitely some spendy pieces.
