Again the food was delicious if not overpriced and the customer service at both in-restaurant and online were deplorable. You can get better service and prices at Newks or Zoes

Good (Overpriced) food, deplorable catering customer service. I came down on a wednesday for a funeral that would be on saturday. I was told this place was excellent for catering and talked to the waitress behind the counter. She said that we could talk about it later when she wasn't busy. The three of us sat down for a $57 lunch. We looked over the menu to discuss catering about what we would be interested in. During lunch we asked to sample some shrimp jambalaya (a single spoon would have been sufficent). The waitress said (without checking) "No the manager won't allow it). We then started talking about catering for Saturday. Her reply is "We don't cater on saturday" We decided then to pick it up by closing on Friday. The waitress said that she'd take our number and someone would call us back.
This was a nice change from all the chain restaurant s in the area.
Love micheli's!! Great service and awesome food for a reasonable price and the atmosphere is clean and beautiful! Would totally recommend.
Awful customer service. Waited over 40 minutes for my food. The waitress was like, you've only waited 23 minutes. Guess what, I won't wait again.
About three hours later we're driving in a thunderstorm when she calls back and we tell her that we're in a good place to talk and could we call her back in about twenty minutes. She said that they were closing and she didn't have time. She said that we need to decide right now if we want catering or not. We told her again that we weren't in a good position to talk and she suggested that maybe we should just cancel the order. Which we gladly did. And gave our money to one of her competitors.
