owners are great, everyone mostly stays to themselves but are friendly. We take our toddler and his bff/gf on walks through all the time. Lived here 2yrs and the rent is decent for the amount of space. You pay for a 3bd 2 Bath with a yard and small fixes for what you pay a 2 bd 1 bath aprt. Just keep your yard up. Pets allowed for a fee

They are very efficient at repairs. They keep it clean and quiet. Great place for a family. Cheap rent with nice manufactured homes. The owners are always nice and leave you be and let you do your own thing.
