Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This location seems to stay busy. It's probably best if you can leave you car with them rather than wait for anything more than a quick oil change. Although they have a nice large waiting area if you'd rather wait.

We were in Mobile for a wedding, 1 day/2 nights. Instead of a fun time exploring after the wedding (which was on a cruise ship), we had a flat tire. Put the silly spare on, but the main tire had major wear, belts showing, not good. After trying a couple of places closer to our hotel, we got to this Firestone shop about 430. Talk to the desk guy, "we close at 6 but we'll take care of you." It did take a while, but these guys were great about it. Nice, funny, friendly, and made a pretty frustrating evening a whole lot less so. Thanks, guys!
