Excuse me? Just because I have to stay in a particular price range does not by any means give you the right to talk to a customer with such a holier than thou attitude. And if you were having a bad day, get over it and put on your happy face. I worked for an optometrist years ago so maybe my standards of customer relations is a bit old fashioned but I do NOT recommend going to THIS location.
Me: My insurance covers the $xx.xx price range.
Her rolling her eyes: well we don't have anything for you here.
My daughter had a difficult case and needed to be numbed. She was so afraid and even had gotten hysterical. The staff was super nice and understanding. They were able to calmed my daughter down and get the services completed. She is also no longer afraid of the dentist. Awesome job!
Both locations are beautiful and the staff is wonderful! Dr. Gast did amazing implant bridges on my husband. All the Doctors here are very informative! Highly recommend! My daughter loves the playground while we wait. Such a great idea!

I called earlier in the day and was told that they had frames in the price range we needed. I drove all the way out there and the young girl behind the counter was not friendly and was rude. When I told her what I was told on the phone she acted like she couldn't understand what I was saying. Our insurance only covers a particular price of frame. The basic conversation went a bit like this...
Me: I'm aware of that. That's why I came here.
Her: You'll be better off there anyway.
Staff is not helpful or friendly. Front desk had to ask my name over because she was so busy looking at her cell phone to see who was sending her a message. Called ahead of time to verify what insurance they covered when I got there they advised they do not take the insurance. Waste of time.
Just completed my first visit today and was thoroughly impressed with not only the cute and clean atmosphere but by the friendliness of the staff and exceptional care by the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Joshua Dabbs and was beyond pleased with the service he provided. I am a nurse so bedside manners is very important. He is very patient with you, explains everything in great detail, and will answer any questions you may have. I asked if he would kindly be my new dentist from this point forward :-) Thank you!
