I can't speak to the rest of their business, but they've already made it clear that they condone dishonesty and can't accept responsibility for their own actions. I could not recommend dealing with them.
Accidents happen. The real problem I have with them was that when questioned by the police and insurance adjusters, the driver claimed that she wasn't moving, and the (double) rear-ending was actually caused by my car backing into her truck!
My experience with H.O. Weaver was quite accidental and quite unpleasant: while stopped at a light, I was rear-ended by one of their truck drivers. As I tried to pull over, the driver pushed past before I had gotten out of the thoroughfare and collided with my bumper a second time, the driver apparently not even noticing that there had been a collision and that a car was still in her path.
