Thank you Rouses for carrying stone ground grits! I went to 3 other stores before I found them in your shop. And they are even from South Carolina. The same goes for the lard, that I only found on your shelves. It's great having a store that offers variety, and appreciates it's Southern roots
The place is very nice. Prices are acceptable depending on what your buying. Fried chicken was very bland.
This is truly a neighborhood grocery store. Beautiful produce and a great butcher counter. Worth going out of your way as it is nestled in a small shopping center in Spring Hill.

Stale rotten nasty foul tasting produce. Some of the nastiest bad tasting meat we've ever had. The Dead Rabbit in the case right beside the beef is nauseating- A lot of cross contamination. A real disappointment.

Plenty of beer but no decent fresh food. Stinky seafood also.
Rouses has the best selection of meat and a great bakery. We needed a cake and after Pollmans was sold out of everything on Thanksgiving Eve, Rouses was packed with every pastry imaginable with plenty of staff members to help. I love how they have Cajun turkeys ready to just put in the oven, fresh Gulf Shrimp and the floral selection was incredible. I'm glad we stopped here!
