The service is always okay here, but I consider myself a well educated shopper. Anytime I require something loaded such as lawn and garden supplies there's always someone there to help me load it. The lawn and garden department does need a little love as far as making sure items are stocked on the shelves. I've been multiple times to look at fencing materials and other items and the item I need wasn't on the shelf, but I looked on the racks above and there would be multiple pallets of that item just sitting up there. I used to work at Lowe's when I was in college and at the store I worked at this was not acceptable.
They were very helpful and helping me find all I needed to do some plumbing repairs at home.
I came in looking for a grill with a impossible task and I can honestly say Urban helped me get my grill with no issues at all. He went above and beyond to help me and I’d recommend him to anyone. Alice in the front of the house finished me up with some great service. Thanks again!
William helped me tremendously today. I list a tiny pin to my mini trailer and he not only stayed after his shift time to locate it, he was very polite and knowledgeable with the questions I had.
