My husband recently used Mr. Bodiford as his attorney in a visitation case. We were very pleased with the outcome of the case. Mr. Bodiford was both professional and efficient. There was never any doubt that we had placed our case in very capable hands. He took time to answer questions and address all of our concerns personally. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a seasoned lawyer who knows how to do his job and produce favorable results.
Based on our experience a few years ago using him for a child support modification. He was extremely rude quite a few times. Told us that the child support modification was increased to $61, but it was actually over $250. Mr. Bodiford stated the new amount wold not be backdated, when it actually was. Which caused my husband to have $750 go to collections without us being aware of it. Mr. Bodiford gave us the wrong information. Our experience with him was horrible. Spend the extra money and find a lawyer with more patience and without the cranky attitude.
When I used him he was very late to court and as if he never looked at the file. Needless to say it was a total disaster. Then he asked for a lot more money and treated me the whole time as if I worked for him. Very rude and impatient. I fired him and threw away the two grand I given him. Its worth it to me if I never have to see that man again in my life. the only reason I gave one star.... it was the only way to post my review.
