Horrible experience. Finally had a date with my husband. No one available to direct us to correct theatre. Once we found the movie number in our ticket it had the wrong movie name over the door. No previews at all showed before movie started.Theatre lights were on for first 15 minutes of movie. Ask for manager but none was found. I missed about 20 minutes of movie looking for the manager. Never got one. Theatre seats were broken. The noise from the movie in the next theatre was so loud it drowned out the sound of our movie. The theatre was not heated at all even though it was 40 degrees outside. I do not ever plan to go back. I was recommend my family and friends to Wynnsong Theatre instead. Honestly I feel I deserve a refund.
It was good. Not very crowded when I went, but the movie I went to had been at theatres for almost three months.. So to be expected. Movie was the most recent Steven King hit, and it was great of course!!
Price was good but touched the railing going in and it was filthy. Can't imagine it or the sticky floors were EVER EVER cleaned. Taking a towel to sit on if we go again. Yuck!
I didn't have a problem with the staff or the facilities, however the movie I watched was clearly CROPPED AT THE TOP AND SIDES. Actors' heads were only visible from their mid-foreheads down for a good deal of the movie, and the titles/credits were clearly cut off from the side. Apparently there are some serious management issues at this theater.
Bought tickets to a movie that they didn't even start....got up told one of the workers about it.....waited another 5-10 minutes. Decided to get my money back. They didn't even offer me free tickets or anything for the inconvenience. Just offered to start a movie that I bought tickets to watch 25 minutes after it was suppose to start. It was supposed to start at 7:05.....was asking to be refunded at 7:30. Wow. I will not be back.
