I personally liked Mark (the physical therapist), but hated how the office promised they would notify me if/when I had any co-payments, and after only a couple of sessions I received a bill for $100. I called and complained, and they gave me a discount so I paid $80 (not happy about that). I then get another invoice for the missing amount - with a warning they'll report me to the collection agency if I don't pay the $20 they told me I didn't have to pay! lousy used car dealership of physical therapy.
