I live out of town and own a rental property that needed a new roof. I was concerned that because I live some distance away it would be difficult to find a good roofer and have the work done. I contacted American Roofing because of their excellent online reviews. I explained my situation to Raul Porto, who made the process very easy for me. He took quite a bit of time to answer my questions, visited the house and gave me an estimate very quickly, and made sure we stayed in touch every step of the way. They did a very nice job in a minimum amount of time, and Mr. Porto gave me an opportunity to visit Mobile and inspect the roof before asking for payment. I was very pleased, and would recommend his company without hesitation.
American Roofing did a great job replacing our 2 story, very steep roof. Great communication, professional quote, lots of product data, showed up on time, crews were very courteous, professional, hard working, and used appropriate safety equipment. They replaced plywood over bad spots and over holes for mechanical vents we no longer needed. Completed the job including an excellent clean up in only 2 days. They didn't ask for a penny up front on a $15,000 job, and sent an invoice only after they had completed the job. I would recommended them to anyone needing a new roof.
First class in every way. From estimate to completion, this group was exceptional. They left my property in better condition than it was in before they arrived and did extras that were not even mentioned on the contract such as replacing vents to match the new roof. Also, their price was way less than others I checked with. I can't say enough good things about them.
American roofing really did a phenomenal job. The communication as well as the quality of work was second to none. I don't write reviews often but these guys deserve the praise. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I have referred them to several friends who have had the exact same experience. Great company. Very professional! Our new roof looks great. Raul and Charles were most courteous and easy to work with. They answered our questions beforehand and they delivered exactly what they promised. Exceeded our expectations and did the little extras that demonstrated their entire staff is customer-focused.
