I normally love this store, even though it's pricey. But after today we will NEVER be back. I walked in to exchange a pair of boots my daughter got for Christmas yesterday still with the tags on. The moment I walked in, the sales lady, who was an older lady, was already giving me a go to hell look before I even spoke to her. She told me I had to go to another store and treated me like I had stolen the shoes. I wish I had caught her name because that lady should never be working with the public at all. I will be contacting corporate.
Love the clothing but the employees are rude and unprofessional. They leave sensors on clothing and blame you for the issue. Will never shop here again. The managers are even unprofessional and dont know when or how to diffuse an issue with there employees. Its Called CUSTOMER SERVICE. thats your job title get it together.
