I wanted to use this company to make a banner for a Trade Show. I was given a quote based on a 3.5' x 4' sign. Then Addison called me four days later telling me that although they could make the sign in any size I wanted, it was "ridiulous" that I wanted it bigger than a 3X3. I asked her, "Why is it ridiculous?" and she hung up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Atchison is wonderful and so creative...she makes banners, boards for my A frame signs etc..she is always right on target..I have used her Dad, Randy, for years now and they are always wonderful to me.
