The pretzels are good & worth the wait. Not really "fast food" if you are in a hurry.
Good food but bad service
The staff here was amazing! They were so sweet and helpful with our tour, the kids had a great time and we had some delicious pretzels!
Service 0 you order pay for it they take 10 mins to cook hand the same thing to 10 other people order after you.
No food prepared. Had to wait 30 minutes for one pretzel.
