Service is great. Same friendliness as all the other starbucks...wonder how they can always seem to have such nice employees??? 5 stars to venti greentea frapp!

Took them 27 min to make my vanilla latte. They weren't busy. The workers were just talking and goofing off. I had to ask them when my drink will be ready. When I got my drink it was just hot milk. They did not add any flavor to it. I also was not given a holder to put on the cup so I could barely hold it. $6 for hot milk???? I could do that at my house. They always take FOREVER at this location to make your drink.
