Got some awesome discounts from the summer clothes.
I used to love this location but just recently walked out empty handed because the line was from the register and about 20 customers long which I would have been happy to wait in because I understood on Fridays at around 5 pm is a busy time what I did not understand was the multiple employees on two registers playing and about 5 employees near the exit that went to the parking lot walking in and out playing with the security sensors on their name badges. I understand not everyone is comfortable with working on a register and understand when there's down time to have fun but when a line is almost to the mall entrance? No thanks, I will take my business to Rue 21 and go to Panama City Beach in Florida and shop at that Forever 21 location to get better customer service!

Have shopped here since 2001. Last year I order almost $400 worth of clothes. Wanted to add it as little extra mini side gifts for my sisters. Never received it. Called them, and they gave me go in circles calling FedEx and what not. 6 months later still didn't get a final result. Never got my refund, emailed them, never received a reply, called them again, was told the same thing, 5-10 business days for the refund to go through. Still nothing. And it's almost Christmas and everytime it gets close to November, I'm just so upset about it. I didn't call my bank bc I thought they were going to fix the issue. Just so disappointed. Haven't shopped there since. I normally order my stuff online because I don't like going into the stores, very messy and unorganized. And after this incident, just really don't want to work with people like that.
Love the clothes and the affordable prices! I just have a problem with the way they maintain the place
