So I'm sitting in line and this lady wanted to get into the display. Now there's 4 people sitting there talking that work there. The lady obviously needs help. They know the lady is there and out load one coworker tells the other, I'm trying to do as least as possible. So the lady gives up. This is what makes people stop coming to your store. When you're clearly getting ignored purposely.
Big selection and low prices
I bought a purse from the Ross in west Mobile on Friday 7/15/17 threw away the tags but have my receipt and the purse has already torn up. Called the store and they said no returns or exchange even with the receipt had to have tags. I work in retail this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be shopping there again.
I highly recommend this Ross! It offers wonderful brand name clothing at discount prices and great customer service.
CaWanna must have been having a bad day. I returned items and she was rude. She threw merchandise and receipts at me. Although I found other items to purchase I put them back because she was the only one checking out. I did not want to be bothered with her. Please train her on what good customer service is. I was at the Ross on Schillingers.
