We were looking for a shirt or tie to match to a dress for a dance. The men's dress clothes department was a mess and we could not find any sales help. The juniors dress department looked very nice. Too bad we weren't looking for dresses on this visit.
Idk. I found pretty much what I was looking for. The prices were still overwhelming even though the stuff was on sale. Maybe I'm just not used to expensive or stylish stuff. But I don't know if I would buy a shirt for $100
Accessibility inside is pretty compromised by display tables and racks that are too numerous and close together, which traps wheelchair-users, causing them to have to go out of their way to find a path out of an area. Access is also disallowed to some aisles due to narrow spacing. Rarely is there help offered by clerks, and searching them out is necessary. The counters mostly in use at the customer service counter in the back are too high, and there is often merchandise-in-process piled on the lower counters. The front checkout counters are a good height for wheelchair-users, but the card readers are fixed, which would make access for some impossible and for others, difficult. The front entrance is level, with automated doors activated by switch-on-a-pole method, which is functional 9/10 times. Bathrooms are adequately accessible.
Excellent costumer service and good deals. Unlike most other clothing stores, they have clothes that fit for tall guys, too without having to go to the big and tall section. (Which usually just means "big" and really tall)
Very reasonably priced store. Good layout, doesn't feel crowded with merchandise but has a brilliant selection. Clean fitting rooms. Quick service.
