I attend school right around the corner from this location, so it's very convenient. I'm in there 2-3 times a week to grab groceries, a quick lunch, or whatever odds and ends I may need. The store is always clean, orderly, and well-stocked. Staff is always polite, smiling and greeting customers. I continue to shop here simply because I am made to feel welcome and appreciated- something that doesn't happen in every store. :)
Terrible customer service. I ordered an Apple Watch on Black Friday at around 11 A.M. online. Received email that it was ready for pick up and that I needed to arrive within 2 days. Went that night to pick up shortly after store opened, woman told me they sold it to somebody else. She then proceeded to wave her hands around in my wife’s face saying that we just didn’t understand how it worked. She told me numerous times I was not charged and there was nothing she could do to help. She was just flat out rude. Very displeasing experience. Got online and re ordered the item from the target in Daphne. Went and picked up the next day with no issues. They had it waiting at customer service on arrival. Checked my bank account only to realize I was in fact charged 2 times, once from this store and once from the Daphne store (which actually had my watch). Called and spoke with a manager at this store who told me she knew exactly who I was talking about and would handle it. Assured me she would check on everything and call me back. Never heard back from her and still no refund. Called her back today and she told me she just forgot to follow up with me and again said she would have to call me back. Completely unacceptable. NEVER use this store, I certainly will not be ever again.
It is a clean store the people seem nice enough but are not in a hurry to help you find things. They kinda pointed me in the general direction of what was looking for
Great Experience. I was able to purchase my grandson exciting Xmas gift.
