I've been going here ever since I was a child sitting in the basket. They have very reasonable prices and are my go too for whenever I need something fast. They have a wide varying of selections for products and most of their staff is very friendly. My main complain is they never seem to have enough registers open when they're busy and there will be several long lines. So if you're in s hurry I do recommend going through the self check out!
A few employees are very helpful and go out of their way to assist, others are useless. The useless ones will not go out of their way to help anyone. This is the Wally World I use and luckily I need little help, but it would be helpful to customers if all employees were knowledgeable in the departments they work and willing to find answers to questions asked of them instead of remaining ignorant. Maybe these employees should go back to work at McDonald's.
I prefer this location because of how everything is arranged. The staff is friendly & attentive. They are quick to assist when help is needed. Still the check out process could be faster. In most cases, the self check out lanes will be backed up. Sometimes I've had better luck with faster check outs at the garden center.
Went to get a tire that was under warranty. ..it was a truck ahead of me...we waited for someone to direct us where to go..After 15 minutes an employee walking to his car tells the car ahead to move to a bay...Says nothing to me walks to car and back,after another 10 I drive into a tire Bay where 2 cars were present. .Another 10 passes someone comes and says he told you to stay under the carport. .Now I'm in the rain!!! I said no one said nothing to me at all !!! He stated ok..Said that white guy is going to wait 2 hours..l said it's going to be 2 hours..he responded no just him because he don't tell me..Not out here! !! I like wow!!! So the time is if you like a customer I guess ..If they like u it's quick, if there intimidated by a customer you could wait 2 or more hours!!! I don't do racism!!! Other than that I enjoy shopping at walmart
If I could rate lower I would. Anyone that orders pickup groceries better watch their bank account! This is what happened to me... I ordered 165$ worth which was deducted. There were a few items out of stock so final amount was 150. The 165 dropped off & 150 deducted. Done deal right! NO Today I looked & the 150 was deducted twice‼️ I called & was told that this is there new policy. To charge to see if funds there & charge the actual amt too. So instead of 150 out of my account 300 is out of my account‼️ It will take THREE days for the extra to be released. So Walmart will be using MY money for THREE days. Some people may be able to do without that amount for a few days but most can't. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN‼️
