This was the worst experience I've ever had at any doctor's office hands down. I waited 2 hours in the waiting area, then 45 minutes in the exam room for a 5 minute ear cleaning. Stop over booking! Hourly employees lose a lot of money waiting 3 hours. Will never go back and have told others to avoid. Get it together!
The office called me regarding a referral for my daughter for Dr. Swain. I was at work so I had to call back. When I called back they advised they had no referral and that no one called me. I told them I dialed the number back out of my recent calls and asked if Dr. Swain was indeed a provider there. They said yes but we dont have a referral and we didn't call you but we will make the appointment but when you get here she wont be seen. SHE WAS SO RUDE!!!! Then she went on to say if we were a no show I would be charged. ALL NEGATIVE FROM THE MIN MY CALL STARTED!! I have been in customer service management in the medical profession for 20 years and I can tell you this was terrible!! Needless to say we are being referred elsewhere! My daughter needs a tonsillectomy but a doctor that allows his staff to treat his patients that way will NOT do surgery on my daughter. And to post a review you have to choose at least one star but this place doesn't even deserve that!!!!!
The wonderful and caring staff here at Premier Medical have been a life saver for me. As a nurse I depend upon my vision to help me take care of My patients, everything from reading a heart monitor, mixing drugs and starting IV lines. I developed double vision in one eye related to Graves disease (15 yr after radiation treatment for the Graves) that required a prism and surgery. Dr Terry and his staff were wonderful, they explained everything and calmed our fears. The surgery went well and i am seeing fine again!
Most of these people here rude and only care about money. Not your jealth, save your money and time. They are racism and have been caught in lies for discrimination. The man who lied is a man who was an assistant and said their is no one else to speak to concerning customer service. I will definitely not only review the doctor from now on but also the staff and faculty.
Worst experience of my life. It took me 30 minutes to even receive paperwork to fill out. I was not seen by a doctor until over an hour after my appointment time. Everyone at the office was very rude. I recently called to have my records released and the lady at that desk was exceptionally rude over the phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. All they care about is taking your money and not your actual health.
