Dr. White is my doctor and Nurse Faith is my nurse. They are the greatest team ever.
Dr Mcrae is a terrible doctor..My mother in law suffers with dementia he has been her primary doctor since she was healthy...Out of the four years Ive been in the picture and taken her to the doctor we never saw him we always got a Nurse Practitioner. Well the last couple of weeks my mother in law has been hospitalized upon her release this very last time , my husband and Dr Mcrae had several conversations, during these conversations Dr. Mcrae was very negative and attempted to overtalk him everytime, by letting my husband know that she has dementia and its rapidly declining...Well long story short she was released and needs home health care, but we've been refused the care because he would not sign the paperwork so she cannot see home health until our appointment with our new primary doctor. He has been her doctor for over 10 years and i think this was a very petty and unprofessional move on Dr. Mcrae.
Dr White and her staff we're extremely helpful and nice in every possible way with a very difficult situation. I would recommend her to anyone. She's kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
Set an appointment over two months ago and after taking time off, this office calls (THE DAY BEFORE) and tells us our appointments don't work for them because Dr Ray is leaving in SEPTEMBER.......uhhhh ITS JUNE! Wouldn't even honor our 10:30 & 11:00 appointment time and refused to see us before 3:00. Absolutely unprofessional and is costing me 17$ an hour that I can't get back, even better, I have no choice but to take the later appointment with a doctor I've never heard of who obviously has no flexibility. Pick another office. Must be nice to make doctor money and not have to care how you affect other people's lives.
Dr White and her staff are awesome! Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
