Due to a long string of events unrelated to this review I called Laura Kay's florist at the very last minute to send flowers to a funeral with a message from our company. I then mistakenly paid for it with a credit card that had been deactivated. She handled it like a professional. She very politely called to correct the CC number and arrangement got delivered in time with message. I highly recommend if her and if I needed to send a flower arrangement in Mobile, Al again she will be the only one I call.
Price plays a big role in things. Unfortunately smaller shops have higher costs due to different sourcing. Usually the smaller shops make up for this via much more knowledge of the items they sell.
