Do not believe they ask anyone to leave for looking around for 45 minutes. I've spent hours in one in Ga. No one cares
was told I couldn't return my sisters light up "love sign" that was broken when we purchased it went home and plugged it in and it did not work. I had receipt that said " LED love" for $24.99" I didnt have box or proof that I purchased it from there so walked out with a broken item.
I enjoy coming here. They have a variety of things for the house and usually have plenty in stock. Some stuff are pretty pricey, I usually wait for them to have things on sale. Half the time when I check out, there's usually a wait. They need more people at the register during peak times.
Honestly the staff is horrible. I was walking around with my boyfriend for maybe 40 minutes or so just walking and talking. We weren't touching anything or yelling. Just talking about some stuff we would want for are apartment and a store clerk came right up to us and told us if we weren't buying anything we would have to leave and called for more clerks to come and get us out! We weren't doing anything but looking around! Never have I had someone tell us we have to buy to stay! Very rude and will NEVER be going back to that store!
Worst customer service and store ever. I have called in 3 times this week and visited the store twice trying to get some help for wall decor. No one is helpful-- The Mobile, AL. store told me to drive to Gulfport, MS. myself and see if they had what I was looking for. Horrible experience and will not return.
The person complaining about that must have been doing something. As for return a broken sign with a receipt, what store name was on the receipt? Of course they aren't going to return something with a receipt that had no store name on it. What did you do, tear the name of.? I won't post such dumb remarks
