I switched from USAA where I was paying $260 a month for 4 vehicles because I was quoted $220 by Ken then after my first month they raised my premium up to $302 even though they already records. Now if I go back to USAA I'm going to pay $300 a month because they treat me as a new customer. I wish there was recourse for this.

Ken has been my agent for most of the past 19 years. He and his team are superb! They are wonderfully responsive, both in terms of speed and substance. They are attentive to exactly what my concerns are, and do all in their power to find the best ways to serve me. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.
My agent is the best. She takes care of all my needs and answers all my questions. She is very friendly and responds to my calls and emails immediately if she is not available.
Ken is a great agent, I had insurance with State Farm with Ken Sr. and Ken Jr. until recently. We were involved in a couple of accidents that were not our fault and in one case with an uninsured driver. State Farm increased continually increased our premiums because of this. In addition the uninsured accident happened more than 4 years ago and State Farm still has not settled the claim. State Farm looks for ANY reason to avoid paying claims and penalizes clients for using the product they purchased. Unfortunately due to the structure of the company, Ken as an agent, cannot assist when his clients experience service issues of any kind.
