Have used this company to get to and from the airport a couple of times over the past month. Each time I have had a different driver but every time has been top notch service. Each time the driver has been atleast 5 minutes early and very personable, even though my flights were very early morning. Very impressed so far!!
Extremely poor customer service, rude employees, and unwilling to work with customers. Their limo services were on the "cheaper" end which is why I contacted them first. However, I would rather pay $2000 for a limo than have to deal with Five Star Limousine. Five Star Limousine? They need to change their name to One Star Limousine!
I made a reservation online. I called to confirm the evening before the trip and the employee with whom I spoke was not friendly. They made me feel like I was imposing on them for confirming - "Yes. You're confirmed. You got the confirmation notice right? Well - you're confirmed." Then guess what... the next morning at 5:45AM - no car. 6:00AM no car. I called their main number - no asnwer. I left a message that was never returned. I was lucky I have an old classic car that works - - i used it to get to the airport (which was risky at best) or I would have been completely out of luck. It was too late to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional company.
The canceled at 4:30 am for a 4:45 pickup to cabo, with a sorry your driver will not make it.
