R. Carter & Associates, Inc. has been with Unifirst for several years. The delivery/account rep is Billy and he has been by far the most pleasant, courteous and helpful individual of anyone we have dealt with in the past. If there is ever an issue Billy is always available to talk to us and look into the issues and he always gets them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. It's nice to have a company that stands behind "Customer Satisfaction guaranteed"!!
