UPDATE**** You are right. Not y'alls fault you can't make things on time. But what IS your fault was sending me a guy who put a tire on that locked up my break caliber and then when I ask him if there is something we can do -as in swap it to the back- he shrugged is shoulders and said "I don't know, drive it." Then left. I had to call someone from Brewton to come help me. Yup WONDERFUL company that had rather leave a woman on the side of the road than take the time to fix the problem. Don't worry, I let roadside know about the issue too.

Waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours when I was told they would be here in 40 minutes or less. I suggest you go with another company if you expect service in a timely manner.
