If you're a kid this place is great. Altitude is clean and there's plenty of room to jump. As a parent, it has its ups and downs. Compared to other places in town it's definitely reasonably priced. The building has an open floor plan. So even though there is staff on duty you can also keep an eye on your kiddos. Furthermore, there is seating on the bounce floor for those who don't want to be too far away. Also, If you have a teenager looking for a job, this establishment staffs young. However, it leaves room for improvement on the customer service side. It's a great place to throw a small birthday parties, but if you're looking for a larger team party it can get a little pricey. All in all Altitude is a great place to visit and get in some quality family time.

Absolute pleasure to have a birthday party here. We did a party package and didn't have to bring anything but our cake, the even had candles and something to light then with lol. Great place to spend a couple hours with your kids.
My kids and I attended a birthday party. Socks were provided for the kids and myself at no cost to me. Everyone from the 2yr old to the 12yr old had fun. I certainly enjoyed it.
We went on a Saturday after Christmas and it was pretty crowded but not so much that the kids couldn't find a spot. They have a good combination of trampolines and foam pits. Staff was friendly and it was clean and well run. Prices aren't bad, comparable with similar venues.
