Camped here when we were evacuated due to hurricane Irma. Wonderful people helped us in anything we needed.
I sure missed the chickens this year the cows looked heathy would be good to have a all year round fair as Foley with water slides for the summer
Went to the gun show it was a good one lots to look at and got a really nice carry purse for christmas
Growing up in Mobile, fall means fair time! I took my three kids, ages 4, 6, and 9 Saturday, 10/28/17, and we had a blast!! The unlimited ride wristbands are the best way to go; most rides are 3-6 tickets. There are plenty of rides for the younger ones, and some awesome rides for the thrill-seekers! My 9 year old rode "The Shock" with me, a smaller thrill ride that spins you upside down and at one point our bodies weren't touching our seat or back of the seat at all..just the harness bars! Not sure she'll do that again, but I can't wait to go back w my fiancé!
Traffic moving much faster with new entrance on Howells Ferry and I had a ball.
