Worst communication from a port ever. Closed for Hurricane Nate super early and then never updated the website with any information :( super bummed probably won't be back here again
Poor communication from PoM with the public is just a sample of what Carnival is having to deal with. You'd think Mobile had never been affected by a hurricane or tropical storm. No ETA on port opening, nothing... If we had any idea, we could make plans to visit attractions around Mobile.
Very organized boarding the cruise ship. Very thorough on safety measures. No grumpy or rude employees. They made a long wait much better than it had to be.
The traffic is absolutely horrible! There has to be a better, faster way of getting travelers to the cruise terminal. We've spent over an hour on the interstate ramp.
