We purchased a house in West Mobile from a seller who was represented by Kualanee Davis. During the inspection of the home, both parties notified us about an issue with one of the kitchen appliances. We were told that it would be resolved and that the part had been ordered. At the time of closing, we were told that the part had not arrived yet, which she had promised 30 days prior. Since it was not corrected, the agent signed a purchase agreement addendum requiring the replacement of the part no later than 6/30/16. It is now 7/18/16, with no contact whatsoever about the part we agreed on. This agent, Kualanee Davis, has been an inconsiderate real estate agent and I would not recommend her to any future home buyers.
