This place was fairly nice. The waitress that served my grandmother and I was very polite, vocal and friendly. The prices are quite fair but my only complaint is the food was slightly cold when it arrived and my meal was said to be served with fries but I was given mashed potatoes. Otherwise a very nice place to go for a bite.
Waited 10-15 minutes before seated(when about 6 employees walked by us). Then another 20 before ordering. Food came out and overall food was a 4/10 for every person who ordered at my table. (Table of 4). Ordered their new garlicy and bacon green beans... wish I didn’t. The WORST green beans I’ve ever tried. They were soggy and had no flavor whatsoever. They were frozen from a bag and you could taste it. The bacon they put on it was rubbery but not too terrible. Our server Pam never checked on us one time after delivering our food. Waited about 15 minutes to pay our bill and had to request a manager just to do it. Complained to the manager and he simply took our money and checked us out. No apology, nothing. Absolutely never coming back. Ever.
Service was very slow. Took more than 45 minutes to get an appitizer. When the actual entree finally arrived, it had too be sent back twice because it was wrong. Really bad experience.
Nice and casual. Food (buffalo wings) were delicious, but I was having such a great conversation until they turned cold, but still good!
