Service was kind of slow but everyone is really nice and the food is good
My sister accidentally went to the wrong window, after ordering her food, and they made her go get back in line to the other window. Instead of just taking the money and explaining how the drive thru work. A lot of other thing went horribly wrong also, they wouldn’t even let her use her coupon. The assistant manger told my sister was wasting her time, and closed the window in her face, I will never eat at this checkers again. Horrible service. And I will spread the word to all 5,000 of my FB friends thousands of my snap chat friends, and family members also
Staff rude. Spraying water hose while window open. "BABY I'M READY TO GO HOME". NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT NEED TO TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. PLEASE ADVISE STAFF THEY ARE REPRESENTING A CHAIN IN THE PUBLIC EYE.
Very prompt service. The food attendant working the window was by far the friendliest I've experienced in the Fast Food industry. Being from Florida and coming here seeking refuge from Hurricane Irma it was a welcomed service.
Prices are much too high for bad food and even worse service. Every time I visit, there's a price increase. I used to love Checkers, but over the years, I've grown to hate it. About a month ago, they had a $1 sale on Checker burgers with cheese. I asked them to hold the cheese and was charged $1.75! When I complained, the server told me she couldn't do it any other way. When I cancelled my order, she agreed to charge only $1. The servers don't greet you when you arrive. You're only asked to hold please. Or "go 'head with your order. I reluctantly took my father there this evening and ordered a Checker burger, no mayo and checked it before I pulled out of the lot, (no need to count the times my order had been messed up to my surprise after getting home) it had cheese & no receipt. I parked to take it back and was shocked at how the workers looked at me standing there & ignored my knocking on the window for at LEAST 5 minutes. They took the food back and made it over. When I asked for a receipt to call the 1-800 number, we had a disagreement on the fact that she never gave me one in the first place. The worker finally found it and gave it to me without even an apology. This is the first time that I've given a comment about this place, but it is definitely not the first time I've experienced horrible service from it. I will never go back to this particular Checker's and it will be a very long time before any other Checker's restaurant receive my business again.
