This place used to be good. Loved it. Don't know if the age of technology is a good way to run a restaurant though. It's cool to order an appetizer, etc. On a kiosk but when a server doesn't greet the table at all and you've been there for 10+ minutes, it's ridiculous. But ya know what, came right over to O' Charley's where my family and I were greeted within minutes of sitting down. Then, when we hadn't gotten our drinks yet, another server came by and made sure we'd been waited on. Keep up the good work Chili's, you'll be closing your doors in no time.
They have a score of 89. Service was prompt. Food was as expected. Not great but Chili's caliber. Place could have been cleaner. Food could have came faster but it was a Friday night.
The hostess seated us in a booth and the seat was no more than 19 inches to the table from the seat. I am not a skinny Minnie but I ain't no fatty either, I asked to be moved to a table and he talked to me like I was a dog. And the rating is a 89. Won't be back. .
They definitely cannot handle a crowd. Sat for 2 hours before I got my food. Could only order 2 drinks while waiting because they "Were too busy". Got our food and there was something in it. Salsa had hair in it. Ranch had bugs in it. Do they leave this stuff just lying anywhere before they serve it???
Wait time was long even though it was not packed. When we got to our table, server was slow in getting to us and drinks were slow to come out. Food was ok but could have been better. Hair was in our drinks. Overall, the "new Chilli's" was worse than the old one. Would not recommend going here.
