Very good! I read the Google reviews and paid close attention to the negative ones just so that I could compare to my experience. Food taste, atmosphere, and any of the other one million things we as individuals expect is VERY subjective. With that in mind, we very much enjoyed our experience at Kravers. Food was excellent, although I didn't care for the Cajun Rice (again, my subjective opinion), everything we had was great. Fried Oysters were some of the best I've ever had! Shrimp and snapper was very good.Gumbo was packed with shrimp and was fantastic!!! There are literally 1000 and more ways gumbo can be prepared and THIS version was very good. I don't care for Crab Claws but I had a couple that my husband had on his plate and I really enjoyed them. Looking forward to making Kravers a regular favorite!
Visited from B’ham. Really enjoyed the food. My kids had a good time eating, playing and exploring. Thanks to the staff for the good food and the great service!
The food was pretty good. Just a bad experience. Our order got lost in the shuffle of a busy night. My family and I watched as others sat down, ordered food, ate food, paid, and then left all around us. A manager did come over to say they were sorry. We did not have to pay for my wife's and daughter's Coke and got two slices of pie. We are not sure if we will return.
I'm one of the pickiest eaters in Mobile and I really enjoyed my visit. The waitress (Toni R.?[name on receipt]) we had was awesome, very sweet and attentive. Ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer... a little thick sliced but good!! I like that they slice and fry them in bite size pieces. Ordered the fried tailed shrimp and fried oyster basket! Really good as well! Shrimp were the biggest I've had here in Mobile since Nancy's closed. Oyster House has been slipping last few times I've gone, glad I no longer have to drive 30min for good seafood! Will be back!
AWESOME!! My husband & I shared a seafood platter. It was delicious & we both came away full. The waitress was very attentive. We never once asked for anything...she was continuously watching & bringing. The owner passed by the tables checking to see if patrons were satisified. Great atmosphere, great service, great food, reasonable rates! We were there on a Thursday late afternoon.
