Our server was excellent! We were there the first day cold snap it. Maybe November 6th 2017. Anyway, the server made sure that we were warm. The manager turned on the heat. One of the gentleman who had an off-day made sure that we had additional napkins and silverware. The atmosphere was very family-like. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit this Red Lobster and make sure you take the time to tip the wait staff generously.
The waitress we had was absolutely lovely. I cannot express my happiness enough. She quickly gave us refills of drinks and our bottomless shrimps. My mother definitely felt welcomed here on her birthday. Thank you so much!!!
Me and my husband had the best waiter. Joseph a.k.a Joe was awesome and one of the best servers I've had at Red Lobster. When I return we will definitely request him. The food was excellent as always and the overall experience was great! Thank you again Joe.
Came here with my boyfriend and his dad because we missed out on the shrimp festival and I really wanted shrimp. The hostesses were nice although we did have to speak first before they greeted us. They sat us at one of Joseph's tables. He was a very attentive server. He took our orders and joked around with us. He was knowledagble on the food when asked the difference between Mediterranean shrimp and shrimp scampi. He got the bread out when it was hot and fresh and refilled drinks when needed. The last restaurant, which will remain unnamed, I went to that advertised endless shrimp gave me small portions and took too long between getting one serving to the next. At red lobster, it's a lot different and what you would expect when you think "endless shrimp". I ordered both the Mediterranean shrimp and the garlic shrimp scampi. Joseph asked what I wanted the next one to be when the food first came out. As I was finishing up the first servings, the next came out. The food was very delicious and I really liked dipping the Mediterranean shrimp in the garlic shrimp sauce. I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be but the shrimp really did feel endless. Amazing service, will definitely come back again and ask for Joseph.
Decided to go to Red Lobsters to eat with my dad and my girlfriend. I wanted the experience to be good for my girlfriend since she has never ate at Red Lobster before. Joseph was our waiter. He was very professional and helpful. He took very good care of us by checking on us frequently. My girlfriend got the endless shrimp and he made sure it was endless. In the end we were very happy with our meals. And we will be back.
