  The food is always good. Haven't eaten at a such a good seafood restaurant with such a selection in a while. I'm from Texas and had to drive hours to get to the coast to eat food like this. Now I have this place, practically in my back yard. Oh, I do plan to continue to visit more in the future

  Service was great, but I'm sitting inside shrimp basket right now writing this because the food was so bad. AYCE shrimp was microwaved! I've has superballs that didnt bounce as well as these shrimps did. The oysters must have been salted. Overpowering saltiness, not the usual. I can't even comprehend how bad the shrimp were though. It's like they just don't care.

  Mostly overcooked and fried food. Ok for groups with kids. If your looking for overpriced fried seafood, I'd search for one with a drive thru; faster service, same quality.

  2 of the appetizers on the menu were not available. So we ended up with bowl of gumbo. “Where’s the meat”?? 2 tiny shrimp & the rest was vegetables. Women’s bathroom very dated & no toilet paper. Men’s bathroom (according to my husband) was nasty. My onion rings were not crispy. Overall, just not a good as it used to be. We won’t be back!!

  One of the few restaurants that hasn't been spoiled by their success. Nobody does fried shrimp better. It's casual dining, there's nothing fancy or romantic but if you love seafood, you'll love this place. The service is prompt and friendly, the portions are more than generous and the food is always delicious. I've eaten at Shrimp Baskets in many of their locations and it's always terrific. In probably a hundred visits, I've never had a bad meal or a bad server.
