We go to your store almost every night for your ice coffee..they are always great ..I have never in my 45 years complained on any fast food good or bad...but tonight was awful..horrible..we had to repeat our order 5 times..all we got was 4 ice coffee..no biggie I figured it was a bad connection..we get up to the window and the guy was blasting music and singing as loud as the music..this is why he couldn't hear our order.we sit there for 20 mins..again just coffee..watching our concert..then when it can't get worse we hear " man F##k " my daughter just looked at me..so we get our coffee and it wasn't anything like we been getting every other night ..tonight was an awful experience all the way around..
We love happy hour. The real fruit slushies were great. Sonic has the best ice so their drinks are always good. We love the .99 corn dogs at happy hour as well. It's a great time to take the kids and not break the bank. It would be nice if they would had a few more food specials to the happy hour menu.
This place is horrible in every way. Food is never hot nor the specific way you order it, "is no ketchup" too much to ask???!!! The service is the slowest I've ever experienced and worse of all the customer service. When you make a mistake own it and apologize. Don't blame it on me and say "well next time say that you don't want ketchup" when clearly I specified that because 30min ago you repeated my order to me. Get it together Sonic!!! Until then I'll be going somewhere else.
The drive thru was quick and food was great! Not a sloppy Burger like some of the other fast food places. You can't beat the carhop classic for $3!
