Normally good besides things like not getting my order exactly right but this time was horrible. They were having debit machine trouble and had my drink ready for 5 minutes while i waited to get my card and drink. They gave up and gave me my card and said "our machine broke" and turned around and dumped the drink in the trash. They didn't warn any of the customers who were ordering on drive through and i counted 3 people waiting who would be disappointed soon.
Bad customer service.
I love Topical Smoothie. Their smoothies are made with REAL/FRESH ingredients. And, they're all delicious!
This place never gets an order right. We stopped going because of it and just tried again today hoping they fixed their many problems, and what do you know the order was wrong and I said it 3 times. Seriously pathetic.
Great smoothies, the hummus veggie wrap is great but I wish they had more vegetarian options
Went in before work and was in and out with a quickness thanks to Sam! Appreciate this location and would drive out of the way just to get a smoothie there! ❤
