Slowest location ever! I’ve never waited so long on food before! 30 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable! There’s nothing fast about them at all, you’d be better off going to an actual sit down restaurant & you’d still get your food faster! Ridiculous!
The lady lied to me twice and said she couldn't simply replace a egg for something else and that she couldn't give me a discount because she rang it wrong and would not rering it will not be going back. The one on snow road is far better.
Used to be OK, but we keep seeing new faces with bad attitudes, like if you're making them a favor by stopping there to eat, all the smiley staff with attention to patrons are gone. Bad management "lead by example", this place went from 5 to 1 start in 6-8 months according to my standards. Back to 3 stars on: 12/08/17
I went though the drive through for an early breakfast. I have never sat at the drive though window for 15 minutes before and contemplated just leaving even after paying. I wasn't in line that long, I was at the window that long. The food was below par for what I have received at this store before. I may be inclined to go to another Whataburger next time, even if it is a few minutes out of my way. I usually like the food and service here. I will change my rating next time I visit if it improves.
We just waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru for two chicken biscuits. THIRTY FREAKING MINUTES. Got home and found a long hair baked right into the biscuit. Not even worth me driving 15 minutes back to get another nor will I be eating from here again because of finding hair in my food. That is beyond disgusting. Have y’all heard of hair nets?
