Do not take your dog or any animal here because they charged for our dog and they had to known he was going to die without the medicine that could had saved his life. They failed to give the medicine to him until the next morning when he should had taken it as soon as he arrived. I think they didn't have the medicine and they waited until the next morning to get it but acted as if they had it and that he didn't need it until 12 hours later. Trust me when I say the dog needed the medicine, it was very obvious. I repeat DO NOT take your dog here. There are other emergency vets in Mobile like Theodore Vet where the technology is impeccable and service outstanding. Also Rehm animal clinic is open at night. Take your furry family member to a more professional and seasoned establishment. If I could rate a zero I would but I cannot. God bless!
I sit in their exam room writing this review because we are so mad. I have wanted over and hour and a half just for someone to take my cat out of the exam room and take her vitals. Which really means they just took my cat out the exam room and set her somewhere else so I would think they are doing something. not only that you will be charged 95 dollars for an exam, just the exam, you dont get to see the exam so who knows if they actually did it. needless to say if you enjoy waiting for hours with your sick animal for the doc to see you this is what you will get here. Please do not come here.
Our dog was hit by a car and passed away. Not sure what to do about his remains, we called a few places before calling MedVet. They explained all of the options to me over the phone clearly and calmly while I was panicking, and we were able to bring his body in for them to send off to their third party cremation center. My husband and I arrived very distraught, and the two ladies who met us were calm and sympathetic, and showed us to a private room where we could cry and fill out paperwork. They were just the help we needed on one of the worst nights of our life, and we will be bringing our other dog there if we need an emergency clinic.
My cat was wheezing and breathing out of her mouth. Took her to medvet on government in mobile al. Dr martians was working.my baby had a 103.7 theme which is a slight elevation of a normal cat Told me nothing was wrong with my cat. I knew she was sick. Asked for antibiotics at least but he refused. To her to her vet the next day as she was worse. Her temp was 105.2!!!!! Her vet gave her ANTIBIOTICS AND STEROIDS. Never again will I take any of my animals he. Made me feel like she wasn't important and that I didn't know what I was talking about.
