The BMW team was very accommodating in allowing me to reschedule due to a work demands and I was able to secure a loaner vehicle. Had a good buying experience with Travis Pettway this weekend. His follow up and seeming willingness to sell the vehicle was ultimately what made the buy occur. Also, the sales manager ( I believe it was Jeff), was very nice and contributed to getting the deal completed efficiently. Overall, it was a very smooth transaction and I am definitely pleased with the vehicle.
Great service, kept me up to date on what was happening with repairs and checked with me prior to doing anything costing a lot of money. Just had a problem picking it up from service as the car was shorting out and would not start after making a trip over there. Almost like a dead battery type of click. So they still have it until next week now. We will try again next week.

They had everything ready to go when we arrived. Even though it was late when I arrived at the dealership, they did not try to rush me through the process. Marcus meet me up there on a Sunday on his own time to show me the car that I was interested in BMW was closed that day. He had all my paperwork ready whenever I went into the office and even pick me up from enterprise so that I could drop off my rental car.
