Car and experience getting and dropping off was great. However, 6,000 miles on the car and it wreaked of smoke. Very unpleasant.
It's easy to rate a company when everything goes right, but how they handle things when it goes wrong is important to me. They charge $58 for a lockout with a 60 minutes wait. Of course they didn't give 2 keys or have a car key with an anti-lockout feature. The local locksmith i hired instead got there in 20 mins and charged $35.

Great experience. I was created personally and thanked again when I returned. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.
So, the company that I work for recently changed limits to the size car that I can request for company paid trips. Now, I am limited to Intermediate size now and was previously at a Full size cap. But, no worries because with National, I get upgraded to the Full size of my choice anyway. Love it!
The counter person was helpful and fast. We had a car to head from Mobile Al to Gulfport MS in minutes. the car was clean and in great shape. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend.
