Absolutely horrible. Tried to put me in a 15 passenger van. Will never rent from again in any city.
I normally would NEVER say something bad about someone, bit this company is a real joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They charge you for a credit check and if you don't pass it they still charge $125 and when you get try to get your money back they tell you oh we will give you your money back minus $65 for the credit check. My butt I want all my money back especially when you charge me money the day after knowing that I didn't pass the credit check. This company and the people who work for them are thief's.
The Thrifty agents both via the call center and in person went above and beyond my expectations. They more than accomodated us in changing our entire reservation and the agent in Mobile, AL even stayed at the counter late for us to get our car (due to a flight delay). All while maintaining a very positive and cheerful disposition!
i have rented twice so far with thrifty car rental thru their website..i have had no problems...a ford focus the first time and a toyota corolla the second...both ran perfectly...both times the car rental associates were friendly and helpful...they were both fast and efficient... i brought the cars back clean and gassed up...they did not put a hold on my account...debited my account for the amount told to me...they gave me a discount both times for the next rental...i plan to use them again AAA+
Awful customer service, had to go get more money and come back. site said they closed at 12 but they closed at 11. Just awful all the way around. Spent 4 hours back and forth with these people about our reservation only to get nowhere. Thanks for ruining our Christmas jerks!
