I've been doing business with this establishment for twenty plus years, the owner is as fair and knowledgeable as you're ever going to find in any kind of business. I've had and still have his products in every vehicle I've ever owned and almost never have issues. Every time there has been an issue they promptly take care of it. If you're looking for car audio done professionally THIS is the place to go.
Take my truck there for everything had my subs an radio installed there haven't had a problem out of them at all really nice people i didnt have a part for the subs when i had them installed bc i left it at the house in the radio box an they said dont worry about it bring it back by an we will install it free of charge
Very unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment twice and was told I did not need one, "Just bring it in Saturday". Came in Saturday and was told they were booked until Wednesday. I said how could this be I called twice to verify. I was then told "We don't take appointments." How can you be booked until Wednesday when you don't take appointments. ... Meanwhile there are zero cars being worked on presently. Zero cars in the parking lot or in the work bays. Don't waste your time here.
Horrible service at the Spring Hill Ave location. Messed my halos up bad. Had to go to the MFG in LA to get them straightened out.
Decent service. Prices are ok.
